Tarot has got it right about Jahmene if this turns out to be the case. www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/10100591.Swindon_s_Jahmene_Douglas__long_and_winding_road_to_fame/?ref=ntThe former Asda worker has no fear he will be going back to stacking shelves with talks that the 22-year-old is set to start a career in America. Jahmene has always said that Whitney Houston was an idol to him and is set to follow in her footsteps by heading stateside to meet legendary producer Clive Davis. The gospel singer is set to use mentor Nicole Scherzinger’s American contacts to get his big break after missing out on the lucrative recording contract to James Arthur at the weekend.

I like to keep an eye on 'talent' and I did correctly predict that James Arthur was seriously the one that should have been the winner on the X Factor last year. It was very fine for me between him and Jahmene but James card was a lot stronger and he did win. What I do find very sad is the amount of controversy that James is falling into. I really feel he is a victim of immense jealousy. Lately there have been very negative tweets going out. Namely that he performed a rap that had the word 'queer' in it which was unfortunately picked up and bandied around as him being homophobic. Really? I dont think so.
What does the word Queer mean? Well I used to think it was when something was odd, or strange or something that needed to be understood, or something puzzling, unfamiliar, bizarre, there are endless words really. These days it can be used for homosexuals but is it right to jump on the context of the word and turn it around to be a personal insult? Do people take offence very quickly at 'words' too easily?
'The singer's winner's single 'Impossible' has sold over 187,000 downloads during its first 24 hours on sale'. Just a little quote to remind people that James earned the right to put himself forward as a current and worthy Artist but yet it seems there are many hopes to 'take him down' through rival factions. VERY VERY SAD and completely uncalled for. I know that this young man has an excellent future. I did NOT see that for the artists that are attempting to overthrow his success. I note also that his sales have been crashing and refunds are being asked for because the public are believing in the 'anti gay slurs'.
Really?
I find it all quite ridiculous. It is very obvious that the music business is a dog eats dog world. James is part of that world but he is a very visionary artiste as well as an excellent singer so I am very dissapointed that the public would jump on this and believe that his lyrics are against the gay population. I doubt that very much indeed. The gay population make up a very strong portion of record sales and I dont know any artiste who would deliberately cut the nose of their face and I do not believe that James Arthur would do that either.
From what I saw in my cards, James is not just an artiste, he is a writer that has an ability that will go on and on and sadly those that attack him are going to sink and be unmemorable long before James but I do feel that this kind of 'fighting' and 'slurring/backstabbing' is deliberately unkind. James background was very difficult and he had to fight for his self esteem and belief that his music veins were even going to get him where he needed to be.
People have to be musicians to understand the passion and the work that is involved in putting together a music career. It is therefore very unbecoming of other artists to attack their 'fellow man'. So I am very sorry to Lucy Spraggan who I feel also has great ability and to others who have attacked James, because you will not find that you will reach the level of ability that James has with todays music requirements. James is producing the right music at the right time. Jealousy is a terrible trait and envy is cruel not only to the person it is aimed at but also to the person themselves.
One has to rise above this kind of emotion and remember that if you possess this trait it can come back on you. Therefore, I hope that James Arthur is not going to be wounded but instead STRONG in the face of adversity. The music business is fickle and full of thorns but I dont like to see a good artiste allow others to dent their confidence. You NEED CONFIDENCE in the music business, you simply could not deal with that kind of world if you had a lack of it.
So advice here is to rein in jealousy and envy and instead support your fellow musicians. James will bite back if he has to, but really why put him in that position? Im glad to see his management will take over his twitter/facebook or whatever social media account he has, I believe he does not need to prove anything to anyone. Time has to allow itself to tick by. Im sure that Tarot is/was right about James and his possible path to write for other musicians and I certainly dont want him to take on board unnecessary angst from those who would seek to damage his career.
If you are a James Arthur Fan, dont get involved in these 'spats'. He is where he is because you put him there. Let this artiste be natural and spontaneous and if you are one of the gay community ask yourself - did he direct an insult towards you? no he did not. This has been taken completely out of context. Please see sense. If Twitter is your thing all you have to do is compare the popularity of those who are creating the rumpus with James. I dont think he should allow this to worry him. As for Lucy - she has a great career but nothing in the realms of James so unfortunately I have addressed this factor because Im a Tarot Reader and I can see further on this matter.
Being someone who does not judge race or gender I think it is sad to find that this matter got out of control. It really should not have done.
Empathy.
